The 10 month closure of Meadow Park Drive has come to an end as the new Meadow Park bridge was opened on Tuesday.  The old bridge was replaced as part of the partial Farmers Branch Flood Control project, which has now been completed.  The new free span bridge is designed to allow for better water flow and will assist water in making its way out of the city quicker.

City staff members gathered on the bridge to celebrate the event. The drive through payment window for water customers has been reopened as well.
