Bank robbery unsuccessful day after Christmas

The Fort Worth Police Department Robbery Unit is asking for the public’s help in identifying the person responsible for attempting a bank robbery the day after Christmas. The incident occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank at 8800 Camp Bowie in Fort Worth.

The suspect entered the bank, handed the cashier a note and demanded money. No weapon was displayed. The suspect fled the scene without completing the robbery. No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a black male 20-25 years of age, 5’8”-6’0”, with a medium build. The suspect was wearing a gray toboggan, black hooded jacket, white t-shirt, large sunglasses, black pants and white shoes.
