The White Settlement City Council took a moment last week to honor the memory of citizen Dusty Rhodes by presenting a clock to his wife Brinda Rhodes. Both Dusty and Brinda have been active within the city for years, serving on multiple boards. Mayor Jerry Burns spoke highly of Dusty and expressed his condolences as he presented the clock to Brinda.
Later in the meeting, Council appointed Brinda to take over the position Dusty had held on the Crime Control Board.
