The owner of Fort Worth-based Jetta Operating, an oil and gas company, is moving forward with plans to build a 26-story office building in downtown Fort Worth. The building and a parking garage will be constructed on the lot which covers three-quarters of a block bounded by Taylor and Lamar streets on the east and west, and Fifth and Sixth streets on the north and south.
In comparison to size, the 20-story Pier 1 Imports Building, now owned by Houston-based real estate firm Hines, was completed in 2004.
