Seth Thompson, Devyn Howard, Bryce Ramsey, Barrett Hammonds and Carson Ingram have played football together since 1st grade.

“They are one of the toughest, hardworking and disciplined groups I have coached here at Brewer High School,” Coach Ladd said.
The defense held teams on average of two scores or less a game. They pitched two shutout games and bought in to the idea that: defense wins championships according to Coach Ladd. The defense was led by linebackers Carson Ingram, Kason Campbell, Keyvon White, Seth Thompson and Bryce Ramsey. The defensive line was also a big part in stopping the run. It was led by Maverick Roberts, who had a game-winning tackle on the one-yard line verses Arlington Heights to get his team rolling. He was paired inside with Michael Harp and/or Alex Haley and Barrett Hammonds. The ends for the D-line were Devyn Howard and Cole Chapman. The defensive backs shut down the opponent’s passing game and helped stop the run as well. They were Jeshaun Patton, Dylan Molinar, Casey Taylor, Justin Davis, Jahrad Taylor, Collin Allman and Jonathan Laudermilt.
“They play hard and fast,” Coach Stephen Park said.
The offense averaged 32 points a game. It was led by QB Carson Ingram (6 rushing TDs and 16 passing TDs) and backup QB Devyn Howard (1 rushing TD and 2 passing TDs). The leading RB, in a fast paced pistol offense was Justin Davis (24 rushing TDs). The wide receiver (WR) core group was a big part of the game plan as well: the leading WR was Jahrad Taylor (10 TDs). Other standout WRs this year were Collin Allman (4TDs), Jeshaun Patton (4TDs) and Tavish McCain (1 TD). The offensive line was led by center Cole Chapman. His supporting cast included Cade Carlise, Isreal Andrade, Maverick Roberts, Justin Morton, Kason Campbell, Casey Spaulding, Seth Thompson, AJ Rodgers, and Cristian Rameriez.
Others that played on the Blue Team were Adam Duncan, Ashton Washington, Nolan Crites, James Boyle, Tim Herron, Alejandro Samano, Jack Nuinez.
